Firestopping
Using Firetherm Intubatt materials which are cut to size and bare edges painted with Intucoat and sealed with intumastic sealants, our firestopping methods obtain a minimum 2 hour fire rating.

Firetherm Intubatt 2
Application: Firetherm Intubatt 2 is used to seal around service penetrations through walls. A single Intubatt 2 can provide up to 4 hours fire integrity and 113 minutes insulation in a wall when installed in strict accordance with manufacturers instructions.
Intumastic
Used to provide a flexible seal to joints up to 25mm requiring movement of ± 10%. It is applied against a polythene backing rod to a width to depth ration of 1:1. A water based acrylic intumescent sealant, Intumastic is tested up to 4 hours integrity and insulation.

Certification
Certification is given once all firestopping is installed and sealed with a serial number.
